Even though these deposits were deposited with Stewart Funding, the contracts clearly stated that funds were to pass directly to the developers and the initial deposits were (supposedly) used for development expenses and have been spent. They are seeking to sell or secure additional funding and we believe that the pricnicples are sincere and hope to continue.
